Steven and I have been together since we were 16. We knew it was our destiny to be together. In 2008, we unexpectedly got pregnant. It was the first time we really knew for sure that our lives were meant to be spent together. We married soon after in October 2008. Just weeks later, we lost our first baby at 13 weeks. It was absolutely devastating. Soon, and I mean very soon, after that we found out we were pregnant again. It was a very stressful pregnancy. We now have our beautiful daughter, Sophia {Butterbean}. She is my whole world. I am extremely fortunate to have a husband who lets me stay home with her. I never knew what it was like to truely love someone until I saw her for the first time and now every day since then my love only grows stronger. I can't imagine a word, phrase or sentence that could describe my love for her. I can't wait to give her a sibling, until then I am cherishing every moment with her!
This blog was for me to be able to "journal" our family memories. I have the absolute worst memory ever! I have tons of pictures where I look at them and have no idea when or where they were taken. I figure this will help me! I am also pretty crafty, I like to think, so I have a place now to put all of that. :] I hope you enjoy our lives and much as we do!
