Snow day..in Vegas!?

This morning, we woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow covering the ground and a very heavy snow fall. I heard Butterbean's voice calling me so I ran in there and got her all ready to go out! :] we ran down the stairs and when I put her down under all of the falling snow all she could do was smile super big and yell "noooos!!" which for a 15 month old amazed me. She is just too smart! :]

First thing she did after realizing that there was snow EVERYWHERE she dove right in! She grabbed a handful of snow and put it in her mouth! Where she learned this from, I don't know since this was the first time since she was 3 months that she had seen snow. She loved it! We took a walk around our building and built a snowman. It was a lot of fun. After we went, it all melted within an hour. I was very very sad..

The 3rd day of 2011 has been my favorite so far. Our day couldn't have gotten better if we tried.
Baby Butterbean is in bed, all cozy and warm and I am on my way..
